il Patient Satisfaction Scale (PSS) L’utilizzo di strumenti validati di valutazione, favorisce la possibilità di confrontare i dati raccolti, al fine di valorizzare le esperienze positive, identificare i punti di forza e debolezza del sistema organizzativo e analizzare eventuali differenze tra strutture operative (33) . Il presente studio pur non essendo stato condotto in ottica multicentrica, ha comunque rafforzato la consapevolezza che le informazioni derivanti da ogni setting assistenziale in riferimento alla soddisfazione del paziente, risultano di fondamentale importanza per praticare quei cambiamenti organizzativi necessari in grado di contribuire in maniera determinante nel processo di miglioramento continuo della qualità dell’assistenza sanitaria, presupposto e fondamento per un servizio in grado di garantire quanto di meglio si può fare per fornire al paziente il miglior risultato ai bisogni di salute e offrire quanto necessario per superare i sistemi di cura complessi e frammentati (34) . 1.
